![]() I have installed Outlook desktop client on a test PC, with a local user account, started outlook, entered the user's credentials, and after a lot of exchange-syncing, the same emails also say blocked attachments etc etc. The user has a second desktop PC (in a differnce office) with the same configuration that also exhibits the same issues. I can't see any policies or mailflow items that should affect this in any way. I have looked at the message trace logs in Office365 and they show it as passing without issue. so it seems to be an issue with outlook desktop client & Sender = this customer. ![]() ![]() If I forward the email from within the user's webmail either to myself or back to the user again - magically outlook doesn't block the attachmnets (on my PC or theirs). I can find no settings in the outlook client that should single out this particular client/sender of ours. However, the attachments are available in the webmail for this user account. This one customer/sender is the only one we have problems with. Latest Office365 Outlook desktop client installed on Windows 10 pro 圆4 (workgroup not part of a domain). ![]() Some have passwords applied to them some do not. The user receives A LOT of other emails with attachments, many of which are. I have one user that whenever they receive an email from one particular customer, always gets the warning "outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments: image003.jpg, OtherAttachmnet.xlsx" (the attachments names can/are different each time).
